Bringing the clean energy movement to your street

We’re looking for community-minded neighbours who are passionate about renewable energy to become the go-to person for clean energy chat on their street. Whether you already have solar or not, this is your chance to help your community cut their bills and their carbon emissions.

You don’t need to be an expert - just curious, approachable and excited to get your neighbours on board with easy, affordable, and sustainable energy that can be generated right on their roof.

What you’ll be doing (with our support)

Scouting out streets and communities that could benefit from a renewable energy system
Spreading awareness in a friendly, accessible way (think flyers, posters, chats)
Helping plan and promote local events, like info sessions or Q&A events
Finding and recommend trusted local tradespeople
Working with POP’s regional team to grow the movement in your area

A friendly and outgoing neighbour, happy to chat
Well-connected in your community, or excited to get more involved
Enthusiastic about how renewable energy systems (solar panels, home batteries and heat pumps) help people save money and go green. Don’t worry if you aren’t an expert - we will provide you with all the information and support you need!
